From a young age, LaKesha knew she loved performing but had no idea how much the arts would become a part of her life as God's plan continued to reveal her life's purpose. From off-broadway beginnings as a spirited 8 -year old in the musical Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat, LaKesha would continue diversifying her career as a young adult. 

 

The actress, singer, film producer and director works locally and regionally on screen and stage. Some of her past credits include, The Kennedy Honors, The Color Purple Musical, Barbecue, The Fourth Degree, the award winning films Earth Cry, and 5 Hours to Georgia.

The artist is also the proud Founder/CEO of entertainment production company Loving Life Productions LLC, Founder and Producing Director of the Naptown African American Theatre Collective Inc., and company member of the Indianapolis Shakespeare Company!
